A few days after the installation and commissioning of an off-site lighting project, he received complaints from customers, and several of the lights did not turn on during use. The scene is a large theater auditorium. There are 40 fully silent LED par lights as the stage surface light, and some lights are not on. The scene is very obvious, and the experience of the stage is very poor.

After receiving the notification, we immediately held a meeting to discuss, and through communication with users, we learned that the lamp that was not bright was not broken, but the address code of the display jumped to four 8, which is the initial mode of the lamp, and the address needs to be reset. Code, the lamp can be used normally, but I am worried that a similar situation will occur next time I don’t know when it’s turned on.

Because there is no ground wire for the 220V input of the field lamps, the control room is far away from the lamps, close to hundreds of meters. After analysis, it is very likely that strong electricity has interfered with the signal of the lamp, and the following solutions are obtained:

1. Connect the ground wire of the main power supply to the ground wire of the lamp, because the switching power supply of the LED lamp has leakage voltage, and the grounding can eliminate these voltages.

2. The number of luminaire signal connections has been changed to 10 units per string. Previously, it was 20 units per string. If there are too many luminaire strings, the signal strength will be weaker.

3. The lamp is equipped with 120 ohm terminal resistance to strengthen the anti-interference ability of the lamp. The factory strengthens the detection and screening of switching power supplies for lamps in the later production, and tries to choose switching power supplies with strong anti-interference ability.
