      The light-emitting principle of energy-saving lamps uses halogen powder, which is relatively cheap, but the light effect is not good, and it is difficult to see things clearly. And our tri-color soft light is an LED light source. Its light-emitting principle is that the semiconductor chip consists of two parts, one part is a P-type semiconductor, in which holes are dominant, and the other end is an N-type semiconductor, where the main are electrons. However, when these two semiconductors are connected, the holes in the P-type semiconductor will float to the N region and combine with the free electrons there. Similarly, the electrons in the N-type semiconductor will also float to the P region, and the electrons in the N-type semiconductor will float to the P region. The holes are combined, so that the P region loses holes and is negatively charged, and the N region loses electrons and is positively charged, forming an electrostatic field that hinders the migration of electrons and holes, and a "P-N junction" is formed between them. When the current acts on the wafer through the wire, the electrons will be pushed to the P region, where the electrons and holes recombine, and then emit energy in the form of photons, which is the principle of LED light emission. The wavelength of light, which is also the color of light, is determined by the material that forms the P-N junction.
